If a grocery store could be referred to as an experience, then this would be the word to describe this market. When I was growing up in Michigan years ago, grocery stores were as basic and uninteresting as they come. You went in, got your food, paid for it, and left. The inside of the building was like a small warehouse-dull and boring.
Fast forward to the 21st Century and Fry's Marketplace. Just the fact you can sit in a comfy leather sofa or chair and watch television or drink Lattes at the Coffee Shop before you start or on your way out, gives a sense of home. Some guys sit there and take a nap waiting for their spouse to finish shopping.
Great sales on food and non-food items. With your Fry's Shopper Card you can get dollars off your fuel costs. Pharmacy, Housewares, Furniture, Paintings, Patio Furniture can all be purchased under one roof. Talk about a One-Stop Shop! This is not grandma's old grocery store. There is something for everyone here. Customer Service is great and definitely recommend shopping here.
