I tried calling 3 times before getting a hold of Scott, the manager who was on duty that day. When I told him I got food poisoning from the chicken he acted like it was my fault for not noticing it was under cooked and eating it. He also told me I should have called sooner. When I told him I had tried calling multiple times he said it was impossible as he had been there and available every day. He was extremely rude and wouldn't even apologize. He said he would make sure the kitchen cooks the chicken thoroughly next time. I won't hold my breath.
