I love all the staff here. There are many great classes. My personal favorite was Essential Basics with Rachel. It was just hard enough to feel like I was getting something done, but not impossibly hard for someone mildly active like me.
I like that they don't have mirrors and loud music like some of the other yoga studios in town. It actually helps me focus on the poses and the exercise rather than my surroundings or worrying about how I might look.
