1. Wait time is long; 3 hours or more.
2. They do not spend time with the customer to explain the options, or the pricing involved. I ended up purchasing 4 tires that I think I paid too much for. Then they added tire insurance for each tire without asking me if I wanted it or telling me how much extra it was. I didn't know until I got home and looked at the receipt.
3. When I came back for my tire rotation, they lost one of my hub caps and they claim it was missing before they worked on it. I know that is not true because I just washed my car and I would have notice it. They also did not tighten the lug nuts to the tire. They were on, and when I got home, which is less then 1/2 mile, they were gone.
4. Bottom line...they just want your money and they have poor customer and service attitude.
