  • They will charge over double agreed upon price. They will take advantage of the elderly if they don't fully understand what is included (seems very devious the way they go about it). This has happened more than once. We gave it one more try because of how close they are, but they did it again. I will not be taking my mother there again. They try to upsell everything once your fixed income parent is alone. Caregivers beware!
