| - I just want to start by saying that I love Chipotle, the food is great and I am all for what they stand for, HOWEVER, the employees need an attitude change. I'm there once or twice a week since I work in downtown Phoenix. I always feel so rushed When placing my order, and if they didn't hear me because the noise is so loud in there and they have to go back to add -let's say, fajitas, it's like asking my kids to clean their room, the rolling of the eyes!!! they are in such a rush to get you out that they are forgetting about costumer service, especially those costumers who visit twice a week. They have also on multiple occasions forgotten "a side of" even after I pay for it. There is one particular tall white female -who I believe is a manager, has a deep voice, who looks more like a drill Sargent than a costumer service employee. She is rude and gets annoyed easily. Anyways, chipotle is good, here or in TX, it's the employees who make you wanna go back, I don't even want to, we time I go there I say no more, but I can't stay away from my delicious Chipotle!
