  • Started off with a bit of miscommunication but the tech Ariel really tried to make it up and came down to give my TV a free diagnosis. After he came within 30 min my TV was back up and working with no charge to make up for the miscommunication. Very knowledgeable and showed great customer service by coming down and repairing the TV after we got started on the wrong foot. I would recommend them to anybody in need of TV repair in the future.
