  • Overall a very positive experience. It was cheap (Jeff's dad got us some kind of discount) and we ended up with a car equipped with fuel efficiency and Sirius satellite radio. The lady who checked us in last Friday was super friendly and took her time explaining everything... the guy who checked us in was equally friendly and ridiculously on point (they had multiple people checking folks in and helping unload). Thank you Alamo for not being irritating and taking forever. My only issue is that if you aren't near your luggage when you are either sitting or standing... it is unattended when they take it off... there is no one who stands and receives the luggage while someone hand it to them....they go back and forth.... keep your luggage nearby... woot.
