It was time for a regular oil change on my Lexus. I love my freedom and I purposely didn't schedule an appointment. I showed up in the late afternoon.
I explained to the service advisor Vince I'm here for an oil change and few small things that need to be checked. In less than 15 mins he came back and notified me that if id like they can take care of the recall from Takata (i think) regarding the passenger airbag. They will give me a courtesy car and just have to come back tomorrow and swap the cars. In less than 10 I was on the way out. Perfect.
Next day Vince called me that the car is ready and I stopped by later to exchange the cars.
While I was waiting for the car to be pulled around by the valet I had a great conversation with Mark. Great guy! Excellent customer service.
Once I got the car I realized that it's been washed and cleaned inside too! Vacuumed and dusted! That's what I'm calling beyond and above customer service.
