So go some brake work done in June and it took quite some time, longer then they estimated. Which is ok I understand stuff happens.
Though I started to hear a noise from the front tire.. a grinding type of noise. I brought it in and was told they would get it right in... After about 15 minutes I step outside and look. My truck is still sitting and the guy I talked to is smoking and can't see anyone else. He explains to me that the mechanic is on a test drive and be back in a few. Then I was told when he came back that he just needs to finish a tire.. after 45 minutes I was told that he hadn't had lunch yet and he was going to take it now.
During this time I listened to the managers discuss about picking up a client who was 20 minutes away. Making a reference to how much she spent so it was worth picking her up along with the phrase I might be a little late.
And another employee swept around the outside.
I asked for my keys and I was asked to make an appointment tomorrow so they could take care of me... I will never go back to this BIG O again.
That being said I went to another Big O Tires and they not only took care of me but had me in and out with an alignment in under an hour. Ohh and they fixed the squealing part which happened to be a shield that is on the back of my brakes which was bent and rubbing against my rotor.
