  • Bought a Groupon worth $36 and after reading reviews on Yelp about being charged extra for the portable machine, I specifically asked the company representative about any extra charges. I was told it is included as part of the Groupon. But once the service guy was at the unit to clean the carpet he said it'll coat me $60 as the unit was not close to the parking and he needs to use his portable machine. On telling him that I had confirmed, he was quite curt and said "listen, I'm telling you now that its extra". I had no choice since I had to move out the next day so had to pay him extra. Felt cheated. Beware of this extra cost.
