  • We had our water heater broke and of course water all over (thankfully in the garage)- while Scott was not able to come out that night, he did call me and he was able to get to us the next day. He arrived on time as expected, super friendly and explained everything he was going to do. The new water heater he installed is better than the first with a conscious effort to plumb a line off the drip pan to ensure, in the future when it goes out (they all have a life), it won't get the drywall platform wet again. I found his price reasonable and look forward to using him again - to potentially install a water softener. I highly recommend him!
