First, I want to say that I have never met the doctor and cannot discuss if he is excellent or average. However, I called to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist was very rude. I work in an office and work with patients on a daily basis. I know that it is important for the receptionist to be friendly. I want to remind this office that the receptionist is the first point of contact, and if a person has a bad experience with the person over the phone, then they will assume that the in-office experience is the same, and they won't bother making an appointment. I highly recommend training the receptionist how to correctly speak to patients (e.g. Speaking in a pleasant tone, not rushing the patient, and talking to them as if they are valuable to you). It's about creating a customized experience. I would have given a one star, but I did not think that would be fair because I did not meet the doctor.
