  • I just had the WORST experience at Keffer Hyundai on INDEPENDENCE BLVD. My daughter was put into a car for a week and a half and then was told to bring the car back because of financing. The car that she traded had been shipped so when she FINALLY got her car back, the arm rest was broken, radio didn't work and it had 4,000 more miles on it than when she originally traded. The finance manager Justin Machaud acted very nonchalant and told her there was nothing he could do for the damages on her car. So I will advise anyone in the market for a car to stay the hell away from Hyundai on Independence. WSOC has been contacted along with an attorney. Hopefully all of them will feel the pain and suffering that we felt financially. Worst experience EVER. Drive as fast as you can past this dealership. Mostly BAD reviews and mostly with one star. They don't deserve any stars based on the service there. You're better off using UBER!!
