  • I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because they have a lot of ideas for decorating your house and you can get a feel for the products by actually handling them...unless they're in a box. That being said, the prices are crazy high. I went in for a bakers rack and they wanted $89 for it. I found it on Amazon for $49. Customer service is hit or miss. I went in just a few minutes ago looking for some extra hooks that I saw for my new Bakers rack that, mind you, I saw in the store previously prior to making my aforementioned purchase (less than a week ago) and the salesperson told me they didn't carry the hooks. Thinking that maybe he was unsure of the specific hooks I was asking for, he looked them up on the computer only to tell me that the store "didn't carry those kind of hooks." He tried to point me to a set of hooks that were too big, came in a pack of 5 and cost $35. He treated me like I was a moron the whole time. I guess I was seeing things but I found them within seconds on Amazon. Pack of 30 for $10.99. From now on I'll go to Bed Bath&Beyond so I can find interesting items to later purchase for MUCH cheaper on Amazon.
