  • My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary. We had always wanted to get a room there and splurged on a fountain view room (amazing!). The hotel is clean, staff is professional, great food and shows on site always. In particular, I would like to call out the services of Michael Williams at the front desk. That man was absolutely amazing! He was attentive and very clearly was motivated by excellent customer service, which he even exceeded that. We had had an unpleasant experience at the front desk the night before, but dealing with Michael shows it was just an anomaly. If he isn't running that hotel in 5 years, I'll be surprised. Give him a raise, promotion, clone him... Do whatever you can do take what Michael has and spread it to every employee there. Texas may not have wanted you, but I'm glad we ran into you in Vegas.
