  • Clean, good bed and fairly friendly but not so good on the details that make for a pleasant stay: food was lukewarm, courtesy snack refrigerator broken, in room coffee machine wrong size for the Kurig pouches, had to call down for toilet paper since there was only half a roll in our room, went to use the treadmills and was all 5 were being "upgraded" and I wasn't allowed to use them even though nothing was being upgraded as I stood there. As another reviewer wrote the views from the balcony are of hotel roof and parking lot. Overall a mediocre place for a hotel billing itself as a "spa" location.
