  • Welp. I just saw this and even though I knew it was going to be different from the brilliant Absinthe, I was still expecting way more. It was just so underwhelming, from the lame jokes and storyline to the, for the most part, only mildly talented acts. I feel like if someone made me and my friends some awesome costumes we could put on the same show. I only paid the special opening price of $34, which I am very happy about... if I had paid regular price I'd be pissed. There were a lot of people who really enjoyed it in the audience, I'm pretty sure they were wasted so if you want to really enjoy this show that is your best tactic. I gave them 1 star for the show and 2 stars for the very talented chihuahua. Maybe the show will get better over time, but until then do yourself a favor and see Absinthe instead.
