  • Salesperson Paul Shannon, very considerate and good man. He went out of his way to help me. However the used car manager Sean Trueman is extremely rude and demeaning. The sales people there seem to know it too. I was all but wrapped up with a sale and he refused to come to a compromise over a few hundred $ unless I would use their predatory lenders. I had financing in hand and literally, a check from my personal credit union in hand as well as a down payment and a trade in. Then, he had the nerve to say he would give me a .07 discount - yes that's right, 7 cents. That is insulting. I will tell EVERYONE I know to steer clear of this business and I will be reporting my experience to the BBB. UPDATE: just received a call from Ted, they are obviously trying very hard to unload this car but still will not compromise. Hello? The same car with the same trim level (just a different paint job, that's the only difference) is available for $500 less 15 mins away. But I am interested in Fort Mill's car and they will not budge. Clearly, they are not serious about selling this vehicle.
