  • I had a crown made at Premier. The crown fell off and I showed it to 2 other dentists at a different office. They both told me it was made incorrectly and will not stay in (the prep was incorrect). Premier will not replace or refund the work. They said the dentist that made the crown is no longer working there and if I wanted to pursue this with him I would need to go to his new office. I highly recommend Biltmore Commons Dental Care.
