I walked in hoping to sign up, pay, and start taking a class. This was a no go. I learned I then had to go home, and sign up online. The next day I signed in online and payed. Then I called and no one picked up. I also did not receive a phone call within an hour. I was hoping to attend the 1215 class. I logically thought I could walk in and finish up whatever I had to do from there. Once again I was wrong. Why is it so hard to do business with the facility??? Someone please tell me why! This whole experience has left me frustrated with the organization and business in general. Next time I walk in to their facility is to complain that my refund didn't go though in a timely manner.
