  • As being a prior member with Darque Tan for 7 years, I am appalled with the new set up and the business practice. First off, prior to them being Palm Beach Tan, if you put money on your account, which is different than a full fledge membership, (now they call this tan dollars) you could pro rate each bed meaning if you wanted to go for only 6 minutes they would adjust the cost of each tan for the amount of time you request. As of the new take over if you decide to use a level 1 bed be prepared to pay full cost whether you tan for 6 minuets or 20 minutes. Secondly, I had some money in my account from when it was Darque Tan. I started using some of the money before I went out of town in November 2014. After settling back and returning for tan, with money that should be still in my account after the first of the year 2015, I was told that I had absolutely no "tan dollars". When I asked where the remainder of my money was the employee told me well it disappears after the 1st of the year. She also proceeded to tell me how I should of been told that, which it was never mentioned to me. The manager who called and left a message was not sympathetic and said there was nothing she could do, that's just the way we work things!!! I won't be bringing my business to this company ever again!
