  • So very disappointed. I've been a Discount tire customer for 15 years and have gone to the same location for all of those years. We recently just moved near this location and I was excited that they were close to my house. I visited them this past Saturday for a simple tire rotation. I dropped it off at 1pm and received a call at 3:30 with the news that they had broken 6 of the 12 studs between my two rear wheels. I scrambled to make arrangements to get the vehicle towed to the dealership before the end of the day. Today I called Discount to get to the bottom of it and was basically told that they won't claim responsibility and that they must have been previously damaged or weakened. Now I have a $450 dollar bill to deal with. Once again, I am so very disappointed.
