Horrible services. If I could give no stars I would! Had 3mbs service only got 1mbps. Called in and they offered me a upgrade to the 10mbps plan at a discount rate for the year. My top speed ever....4.5mbps. Phone calls every week..they blamed my modem, inside phone lines, my router and even my computer. How could it all be me if i was getting a faster speed when i upped my plan? I went on amazon and bought a couple other modems and had no luck with them either. They wanted to charge me for a tech to come out. No Thanks! I even had reps coming to my door to tout their 1gig services and brand new fibre network in my area at the time. I invited them in to try out my internet. They politely refused. When i finally finished my year contract with them i called to cancel....guess what. They charge you a $10 disconnecting fee. Ridiculous! I asked for a manager. Was told my bill was zeroed out without the fee. My credit card not only was charged for the fee....but an extra month as well! I called back in and they gave me the run around again. Talked to another manager....my card was charged AGAIN! Finally gave up with them and just disputed the charges. A few months later i got a paper bill. Called in and immediately asked for a billing manager. Finally got a reasonable person on the phone who apologized and zeroed me out. Never again!
