  • Walked in and there were 4 employees. No one said a word to me. Finally someone came up and asked if I needed help and then walked away after I said I was doing an exchange. The store manager said hello briefly and I went to make my exchange. Girl at the counter was so rude and also, sold me a pair of panties with no tag that should have been damaged out (which I wasn't about to deal with) when the transaction was complete she just stares at me, doesn't say thank you or anything and I wasn't even sure if I was done. Horrible customer service. Being a VS employee, I sadly say shame on your store. No wonder Nevada residents complain about you all the time.
