I got a pedicure at Beverly Hills Nails last night (a Tuesday) with a friend. We had made a reservation and were seated right away. The salon had some nail appointments in there at the time we arrived but after we sat in our chairs, the pedi room really filled up soon after. It took about 10-15 min for our technicians to start with us (though, that could be because my friend was late and they were letting my feet soak while I waited for her). We were the first they waited on, which was good considering we were there first and had appointments. However, my technician had her phone next to her at all times, making calls on speaker, texting. She didn't really spend a lot of time on the leg massage and virtually no pressure - sort of half-assed that. Pedi looks alright but there are some spots that I think could have been done better and the color didn't really dry with that glossy finish, which I think indicates an older top coat.
All in all - the price was reasonable, the place seemed clean, the staff friendly, basic list of services - nothing fancy. Decent pedicure. Cash tips only (ATM right outside).
