I've eaten a lot of Indian food around the world and this place is as authentic/real/good as it gets. I don't quite grasp the bad reviews. The service is consistently good (not great, but its not fine dining), the flavors are excellent, and the prices are pretty good.
I recommend ordering one of the dinners or going family style. The range of flavors amongst their various dishes is impressive and you don't get the full flavor experience unless you do.
