The ramen here is absolutely amazing. This was my first ramen place when I first moved to Las Vegas. Its a very small place but the wait is worth it. You simply write your name down and wait (just like most places). Be sure to stick around so you can hear your name be called.
Upon sitting down, we were served our waters at least within 1-2min; that's always a great sign! I tried their fried rice as a small appetizer. Even their fried rice was delicious.
The prices here are very fair. Theres a variety of flavors to choose from. Miso, tonkotsu, shoyu and even cold noodles.
You can add shredded onions, seaweed, egg, kimchi on the side and a multitude of other add ons. I ordered the tonkotsu with shredded onions, the seaweed and an egg!
The broth was creamy, milky, the right flavors blended together. It was slightly salty but just add more toppings to soak up all that flavor! The noodles itself were a fine consistency. It wasnt soggy nor was it too chewy.
The only thing missing is a bigger space! It gets quite crammed in there. Sometimes sitting two people in an area you'd typically sit one. Ill be coming back over and over again.
