  • Horrendous experience. The brand new owner and front desk receptionist were delightful ... However, I needed fill and repair, I was booked with the Russian nail tech. Within 30 seconds of me sitting down she asked me "why have you been going to the Vietnamese nail techs, their products are poison , you can smell the poison right now as I'm filing your nails... You go see them as they are cheap?" I replied "no, not at all, it's because all the nail techs seem to be from Vietnam." Within the next 10 minutes she cut my cuticles with her filing, she shortened all my nails in her attempt to shape them. I had explained at the beginning that I do not like square or round nails. While attempting to create the pointed/flat tip that is in style right now, snd what I had currently she totally shortened my nails into a small round shape. She continued to grumble that my nails were of different shapes , I replied, they are now because you have reshaped all my nails differently. When she then shortened my last long nail into a perfect little round nail I decided to leave without her finishing. DO NOT SEE HER unless you want a square or round shape
