  • This place is amazing! possibly my favorite restaurant in Vegas!! it's a bar in the middle of the Palace Station casino, so you have to be 21 to eat there.. they cook the gumbo, chowder or pan roast right in front of you! & there's usually a 30-45 min wait but it doesn't matter when you try the pan roast (my favorite) omg! Heaven in a bowl!! Just thinking about it now make me miss Vegas... :-(
