I needed internet service, and asked Corporate over the phone if I could purchase a modem at the Century Link Store. I was told the price was $99.
I was mischarged for the modem at the store. I let the Associate know the price Corporate told me. He claimed prices had gone up so I skipped overpaying for a modem.
The Associate wasn't rude. Just didn't seem customer friendly.
The staff isn't knowledgeable or helpful based on my transaction. Not sure why the store is there.
