  • Mine was a simple repair on my older 325i that I was told could be done while I waited. For that, I expected to sit around for about an hour. Wrong! I was in and out in 20 minutes, including paperwork, and the repair was as promised. I'm far from being able to comment on major engine work done by these guys, but I would most certainly give them a shot. Great customer service (Shane) and stand by your promises. This is how a strong customer base is built.
