| - The venue is really great. Housed in an old church, they have retained the stained glass windows, but pretty much renovated everything else into a spacious restaurant with some cool painted murals on the walls. We were there on Cinco De Mayo for happy hour. Really not a very good one. One dollar off overpriced craft beers, although they have a decent selection of local taps. Normally $6.95 for a pint, so still $5.95 during happy hour? Only happy hour food option was the taco of the day for $2.50. Not bad, but you have to settle for whatever it is. That day it was carne asada. Meat was tasty, but kind of dry. Overall, the tacos were just so so. The complimentary chips were good and came with a variety of different sauces and they readily brought more chips if needed. We also tried the special margaritas they had come up with for Cinco De Mayo. At $5.95 for happy hour a pretty good deal, but maybe not $12 regularly. We did not try any entres, which seemed reasonably priced, but not sure of portion size. Certainly worth a visit, but if you like a few drinks with your meal, be prepared for a hefty tab.
