  • Do not live here if you want your security deposit back... I lived at Bear Run for 2 years. I honestly really liked it there and had no troubles. I thought the apartment was large and the units were safe. I never had any problems with maintenance or the main office...until I moved out. They stung me for all of my security deposit AND $400 extra dollars in fees for carpeting. I read reviews online about how bad Bear Run was with giving back security deposits and did not believe them...I wish I would have! I have lived in 2 other apartments and never had any trouble with moving out and getting my money back. I have posted on other sites about Bear Run and many people have had the exact same experiences. Save yourself some grief and look somewhere else!
