  • Technician BRIAN came out to my home, replaced a hot water heater under my home warranty, did a great job, very informative on everything that was needed. Was very skeptical about having them come out due to all the negative reviews I see in this site, although I have not had any other service done by the company or any other technicians, but I give Brian five stars over all for giving me a courtesy call when he was 15 min out, arrived within my time frame I was given, was very respectful and informative and cleaned up after himself as if no one was here.
