| - Atmosphere: Typical for affordable and low-budget Vietnamese Pho restaurant, e.g., bland colours, fish tank, miscellaneous decoration, bright lighting.
Staff and service: staff were exceptionally inattentive and non-verbal; while I suspect that some staff members did not speak English, there is nothing wrong with smiling at new customers. Further, many tables were walking up to the serving bar to top-up waters/tea-pots (not because this is the "status quo," rather, the servers were unresponsive).
Food and drink: I ordered the Shrimp Fresh Rolls to start and the Shrimp/Grilled Chicken Vermicelli bowl for my main. The Fresh Rolls were extremely cold and hard to the touch, as if they had been sitting in a fridge (and I think they contained pieces of Turkey lunch meat?). the Vermicelli bowl was even more unimpressive - the shrimp was hard (likely re-heated), the chicken was flat and dry and the noodles were cold and clumped together.
Overall impression: I would give a 1/5 but I was hungry so I finished my entire meal - maybe I ordered the wrong thing? To note: there is parking behind the restaurant and ample seating for large groups.
