| - My wife and brother in law went to a collision center to pickup a rental and drop a vehicle off for repairs. My wife had called the enterprise location to confirm the vehicle was there and the woman stated "Yes, looks like we're all set". I was in the vehicle for this conversation. As my wife and brother went to the location, they spoke to everyone needed, but during the process it seems that there may have been a miscommunication concerning the rental which is ok; however, the way the rental woman Page spoke to my wife and brother doesn't seem to speak well for either company. The collision center or enterprise. My wife is a very patient woman and looks for the best in every situation, but the lack of tact, empathy and professionalism displayed by the enterprise employee almost made my wife leave without having the vehicle repaired because everything the enterprise employee stated may have been right, but the way she said it was horrible customer service. My wife said she felt dumb for asking questions because of how the enterprise employee made her feel. I have to say she may be a great employee under great conditions, but after reading the reviews on this location, there's a review that names Paige directly stating that she was rude and short, it seems that's just the way Paige is, and the review said she's a manager. I don't know how true that is, but maybe she needs some customer service training on how to be good at customer service if the situation heads South for whatever reason.
