  • I used this company for a few months for bi-weekly cleaning. They were ok but they used a Brillo pad on my plastic numbers on my microwave and the back top of my brand new oven and permanently scratched it. They also lost one of the little disks that cover the flame on the stove top in my garbage disposal. The first time I spoke with Kimberly she was very nice and told me the girls would do the basic stuff and them an extra project not extra charge "that's just what they do." Seemed great bit that never happened. I have a door monitor and get notifications when it opens and closed. I paid for 2 1/2 hours and the girls were cleaning less that that time by 45mins. I made it known and it didn't happen again but still not ok. My entertainment center was NEVER dusted, that seemed pretty basic. I had spoke with Kim a few times after the initial call and she was extremely rude and confrontational. Around Thanksgiving I texted to have my day changed to have my house cleaned and she never replied so I didn't have my house cleaned for Thanksgiving even though it was my week to have it cleaned and they just skipped it. I texted the next week to see if they were going to make it by and no reply for 2 days. At that point I just canceled. This place is pure drama to be honest, if you like being talked to badly go here. And Kimberly better not call to bitch me out like the other girl!
