All I can say is Wow. Really be wary of this place. Because of all the negative experiences I read through the BBB website (oh which there are many; lemons seem to be a not uncommon complaint coming out of this lot), I decided to have a mechanic take a look at the car in which I was interested. I called and talked to the sales manager who said it was fine for him to come by anytime. I confirmed that 2pm would be okay, and my mechanic arrived approximately 2:30pm (an hour after my initial conversation with the sales manager).
When my mechanic arrived, they had the car in their shop as it had "unexpectedly" thrown codes that morning on their "random constant checks of vehicles in their inventory". My mechanic was not able to look at the car, and I was charged a cancellation fee.
The sales manager was incredibly rude and defensive while discussing this situation. Upon our second conversation, I was not able to get a word in edgewise until he hung up on me.
Despite all of this, I think the biggest indicator of shady business practices is that when the lot heard a customer had a mechanic coming, they scrambled to either fix something or have something appear fixed on the vehicle.
If you're going to buy from them, I would NOT trust that you're buying a mechanically sound vehicle. I would highly recommend that your cautious even after having a 3rd party mechanic inspection, if you can even make that happen.
Tldr; buyer beware. Dishonesty from sales and mechanic staff.
