  • Initial phone estimate: $3500 for cross-country move. Visual estimate (guy came to house and listed every item for move): $4500 Final actual cost: $5600. In my instance, it appears as though this business lied to win my business and then hiked up prices consistently. I spent a week of my life packing up boxes for a move to save money and the final cost was more than I was quoted by a mover that would have packed my entire house for me. My stuff arrived in decent enough shape, but I am very dissatisfied with this company's apparent business tactics.
