First, if you're allergic to pet dander, this is not for you. The therapist's dog was on site and it goes into the massage room too.
Her phone is her music source; therefore, the session was interrupted with incoming calls.
Also, she rubbed my head with one hand and was on her phone with the other.
The sheets on the massage table were dirty and had a bad odor.
The massage itself was sloppy; the hot stone massage lasted 5 minutes out of the 45 minutes that the session lasted. I'm not sure about her name as she did not introduce herself. She was on the phone when I arrived and handed me paperwork to fill out. That was it.
This was the worst experience ever.
