  • We moved from Chicago to Phoenix last week and moved into Paradise Palms. This move was short notice for our family but we tried to do the research on areas and apartments that would make us happy and we found the place. First of all, the leasing manager Tim was excellent. I called so many times with questions before the move and he was no less than courteous, informative, and helpful. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious. The area has everything you could possibly need and more. Since we don't know too many people here, it's nice to have someone as helpful as Tim at the office. He has helped us with good hiking spots, which groceries stores to go to and where they are located. You don't feel so lost!! It is a total culture shock moving here because people are so nice. Neighbors have been very welcoming and helpful. For example, I didn't realize the barbecues needed charcoal and brought my marinated chicken down to cook them and my neighbors offered me some of theirs so that I could cook dinner lol. The maintenance guy Jeremy is constantly working! The grounds look immaculate, very clean and manicured. The pool sparkles and calls my name every day it's very resort like. Its a beautiful street to live on! Walks around the neighborhood are very enjoyable because it is clean and quiet and tranquil. It took many years to finally decide to make this move and this place has helped make the move so enjoyable.
