  • Wooooaaahh how I wish I would of looked on yelp before considering this company .I'm usually pretty good at looking at reviews before but this time I didn't because I thought its well known ,always hear it announced what was the need right? Well no ! I received a promotion letter in the mail about a "special offer " they were having it was $27.99 a month of a basic service nothing fancy so i thought why not i had been debating what company to get for my home ,so i made the call and made the appointment. Well on the phone the person who helped me was very friendly and helpful willing to answer questions. The young man informed me that in the state of Nevada they have an extra $7 charge nothing with them it's something Nevada requires so my price would be $34.99 i said okay thats fine why not. Well the tech came out and we purchased $40 in extra accessories and he asked us to load an app that would help us with our new system well he didn't say to use this app (which is free in the app store ) was an additional fee on my monthly bill and my first bill came in $87.99 not including the extra $40 I purchased ,im like woooah what happened to what we agreed on i called and was told i was upgraded (without my permission of course )but the phone rep said ill help lower it she took off one of the fees to end up 77.99 big discount right ? No very disappointed with the service and misleading information! And so i canceled the service they came and removed there equipment and left a HOLE in my wall and i asked the tech what about the hole he said your going to have to call and make a claim and see IF you qualify for it to be fixed that's ridiculous! I'll tell everyone to go elsewhere because this a SAFE way to get robbed!
