We rented from this company for many years. Both of our ac units in the house were constantly breaking... No issue, right? That's what the landlord is for! Well, originally, they were super responsive to tenant issues-- the first summer when it hit 115 degrees and neither a.c. worked-- they had someone out asap to fix the problem. Two or three years down the road-- they would send someone out, who would refill the units, inform me that the units desperately needed replacement and to expect the units replaced. Never happened. After multiple calls on this issue-- countless days waiting for repairmen that often did not show up and the broken down a.c. units never replaced-- we gave up. Purchased a window unit and a portable unit. Kept eating $500-$600 electric bills each month... Upstairs was usually 85-95 degrees each summer due to this. I replaced my filters religiously but was not paying $$$$$ to replace their ac units!
Although you are hard pressed in the valley to find a rental company with GOOD reviews-- I would pass this one up. There are many issues I have no issue letting slide or fixing myself, but sweltering to death with old broken down a.c. units-- no one deserves that on 100 plus days.
