| - The management team has very, very bad attitude. I feel being treated badly. They blame everything happen on resident that pay rents.
Last week we missed an appointment so we got charged with 75$. Fine, its our fault so I am ok paying.
Now we reschedule another appointment. The guys showed up at different time as scheduled, and say they can't change it. So I talk to the management team, and she start blaming me that I didn't obey their schedule and its my fault. I tell her that the appointment is at another time, we have work to do at this moment so the new schedule didn't work for us and they should at least notify us earlier that the appointment time will change. She just keep blaming me that its our fault, and doesn't want to be responsible, even when now its clearly not our fault that the schedule has been changed. And her attitude turned really upset and hostile.
Can you believe a manager being hostile to resident who try to obey all the instructions?
We are not the resident that cause problems. Those kids breaking rules having pool parties at midnight are the problem. And the good resident got charged and hostile attitude from Office. This is not the way you run a appartment.
Apart from that, this is a noisy building. Lots of people have party all the time espically weekends. They have bus but its not really on time. They have printer room but all the printers are broken, so you have to print, and go down to the office to get your documents. That means, if you have to print your report at weekend at night, there is no way to do so.
The only good thing about this apartment is the front desk people is nice, and the master bedroom bathroom is really good. Other than that, this place really give people bad experiences and I would not want to go back.
Summery: don't stay here. Avoid here as best as you can. If you know anybody who is considering here, tell them not to. There have been so many one star review on internet and that comes for a reason.
