I received a code to self-view a property, however the code did not work after trying repeatedly, slowly keying each number exactly as given. I called customer service and they only said it should be a "good" code. They forwarded me to the property manager, Josephine, who didn't answer and never returned my call. I received an automated email days later asking for my feedback, and I explained I couldn't access the property as the code did not work. No response.
