  • Since MEB took over service has been very inconsistent. Don't move in the back apartments there is a TRAIN that goes by at odd hours. When I first moved in, I was told it would pass 2-3 times a month. It passes every week. Dog poo is everywhere. Water and trash bill keeps rising, probably because there are many empty apartments. There is a high percentage of children and they like playing in the driveways. Work orders are somewhat done in a timely fashion. Since it's near Eastern Ave., getting out of the complex during morning and evening rush hours can be difficult. I'll move when my lease is up.
