  • I scheduled an appointment to tint my windows and windshield for today at 12. I got an e-mail confirmation and then a text at around 10am reminding me of the appointment, which I thought was nice. I showed up and Rob told me my appointment was in the system for only the windows but not the windshield, and that they might have to reschedule me for the windshield since they had another appointment at 2. I asked if Brian could just start on the front windshield first, then the front windows, then the rears, so that way if he ran out of time I could just reschedule the rears. Brian was very accommodating and said he would do it in that order just in case. I chose WINCOS for the front windshield and Llumar CTX for the sides and rear. 70 minutes later, Rob came out and said the fronts were done and there was still 50 minutes left until their next appointment, so they would be able to finish the rest of the car. The finished result looks great and as soon as I got in my car I felt the difference with the new tint. I immediately recommended Smartfilm to a friend after my experience and will continue to do so in the future. :)
