  • Really like RA for what it is. I know it's not so "authentic" to the sushi purists, but the presentation of the dishes is pretty and the seasonings are terrific and everything tastes great. Dustin has been my server a couple times and he does a fabulous job. Plus he has great skin! In fact, being lovely seems to be a server requirement here, because they all are. The drink and food menus are very creative and extensive, so plan to spend some time perusing. If you are a hot, spicy pepper freak, be SURE to order the shishito peppers! They are a meal in themselves. My only complaint with this place is that sometimes (well, frequently) you have to wait awhile for someone to show up at the hostess desk to seat you. This is also true for the downtown Scottsdale location. ...and they have lovely servers, too. I'm sensing a corporate theme here.
