  • I arrived at a 11am appointment and was taken to get ex-rays done. After meeting with the benefits lady, I was given the bad news of what work needed to be performed. After signing the paperwork, I was then told that they had switched me to another Dentist that also works in the office. This poor man had to move in between 4 patients, so he was not able to work on my teeth for very long without being pulled away to help another patient, needless to say, my 2 hours of work turned into 4 hours. Each time the dentist would numb the affected area and then move to another patient, he finally finished all of the work around 3pm. By this time my back was aching horribly due to sitting for so long. This place is very expensive and they don't care about your time. I feel that they should pay me for the extra 2 hours I spent there. I will not recommend them to anyone, so please do not waste your time or spend your money there.
